Ana Maria Fandiño is a Colombian fashion and editorial photographer and creative director based in Medellín. With over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, her work moves between editorial storytelling and commercial campaigns for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
Her visual language is defined by a refined and atmospheric approach to image-making where color, light and texture play a central role. Ana Maria’s work often explores the expressive potential of color as a narrative element, creating images that feel vibrant, intimate and emotionally resonant.
Approaching photography as a collaborative and intuitive process, she develops soulful visual concepts that balance artistic sensitivity with a strong sense of visual direction.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with fashion brands, designers and creative teams across Colombia and Latin America. In 2025 she photographed the global campaign for Hennessy’s special Carnival edition, a project that brought together fashion, culture and celebration through a bold and contemporary visual language.
Her work has been featured in international publications including Vogue México & Latinoamérica, Vogue Italia’s PhotoVogue, VICE and The Independent Photographer.
Ana Maria was recently recognized as Fashion Photographer of the Year, highlighting her contribution to contemporary fashion imagery in the region.
She is currently based in Medellín, Colombia and is available for fashion editorials, campaigns and commercial photography assignments both locally and internationally.
